Arm Lift: Brachioplasty
Brachioplasty, or arm lift, restores firmness and a harmonious contour to the arms when the skin is slack — often from lack of exercise, after weight loss, or due to skin aging.

The arm lift, called brachioplasty, is indicated when the skin of the arms is slack, particularly after weight loss, from lack of exercise, or because of skin aging.
The goal is to restore firmness and a harmonious contour to the arms, with a technique chosen according to the degree of skin laxity.

Three tailored approaches
A. Scarless lift with modern technologies
Renuvion / J-Plasma
Always begins with liposuction using a 3 mm cannula, followed by thermal devices (such as Renuvion or J-Plasma) to stimulate skin retraction without a visible scar, through tiny, inconspicuous entry points.
Satisfactory results depending on the person's age and genetics; less effective if the skin is very slack.

B. Lift with a short axillary scar
Performed through a short incision in the armpit hollow, allowing a little skin to be removed to redraw the upper arm.
Effectiveness is very limited to small corrections, as it does not treat the laxity of the arm in its entirety.
C. Classic lift with a long scar
After an initial liposuction, the scar is hidden along the inner edge of the arm, from the armpit to the elbow, in a thoughtful, artistic, and discreet way.
An effective, lasting result for a harmonious arm, at the cost of a long but hidden and well-placed scar, invisible under clothing with appropriate care.
