Surgical Techniques
Liposuction alone
Performed through nearly invisible micro-incisions, it removes excess fat to redraw the pectorals.
Liposuction + partial excision
For glandular cases, an excision through a small lower hemi-areolar incision removes the firm tissue.
Important note: The gland is never entirely removed, in order to avoid hollows or unaesthetic irregularities after the procedure.
